Ehsan Gholami

Ehsan Gholami is a seasoned horticultural professional with extensive experience in plant production and management. Currently serving as the Head Grower at Costa Farms since October 2016, Ehsan oversees all growing aspects, ensuring the delivery of quality annual and young plants while managing the Growers and Quality Assurance Departments. Previous roles include Young Plants Head Grower and Propagation Grower Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supervision, moisture and pest management, and staff training. Ehsan's career began as a Grower at Javadi Greenhouse and has included positions such as Technical Advisor at Moham Shargh Co. and Section Grower at American Color Inc.
