Jason Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural operations and management. Currently serving as the Regional Planning and Analytics Manager at Costa since May 2022, Jason previously held the position of Crop Operations Manager at PREMIUM FRESH TASMANIA PTY LTD, specializing in onions and broccoli from October 2019 to May 2022. Prior roles include Production Manager at Forager Foods and a series of management positions—Operations Manager and Harvest Manager—at Costa from November 2008 to March 2017.
