Michael Plunkett

Michael Plunkett is an experienced finance and operations professional currently serving as the Finance & Projects Manager for the Pacific Labour Team at Costa since September 2022. Michael is also the Director of Navigent Pty Ltd, established to provide financial management, operational improvement, and project management consulting for small to medium-sized enterprises. Previous roles include General Manager Operations at Dental Axess, Program Manager at Commonwealth Bank, and General Manager at Investment Trends, among others. Michael has a strong background in marketing and business strategy, having held various positions at Telstra related to marketing strategy and product management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and a Master of Business from RMIT University, along with completion of the Chartered Accountants program.
