Amanda Britton

Amanda started her career with OPS Security in June of 2021, shortly after graduating from Kean University with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Political Science. She started as a Physical Security Officer in New Jersey and was quickly promoted to an On-Site Supervisor for the Greater Philadelphia region. In March of 2022, she accepted a Human Resource Specialist position and was further promoted to Human Resources Supervisor in August of 2022.

In her current role as Human Resources Supervisor, Amanda oversees all recruitment, compliance, and employee matters for the OPS regional locations. This includes New Jersey, Maryland, D.C., Central Pennsylvania, and Western Pennsylvania.
