Beth Costante

Beth Costante is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employee engagement, project management, and executive support. Currently serving as the Employee Engagement Coordinator at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since February 2022, Beth has also worked as a Special Projects Manager at Costante Group since February 2007. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the President at the Kansas City Chiefs from May 2010 to April 2019, Special Projects Manager at DXD Sports in 2009, and Executive Assistant at Spurs Sports & Entertainment from August 1999 to February 2009, supporting multiple sports teams. Earlier career highlights include supervisory and support roles at American Home Shield and American Airlines, as well as an Entertainer and Attractions Hostess position at Walt Disney World. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
