Diane Soule

Diane Soule is an experienced content developer and account manager with a strong background in content creation and team leadership within the travel and education sectors. Currently serving as Content Developer II at Costco Travel since August 2017, Diane oversees multiple help center websites, engages users to address their needs, develops educational resources, and manages content performance analysis. Prior to this role, Diane held positions such as Airline Operations liaison and Cruise Specialist Supervisor, providing support and training to employees. Diane's earlier experience includes managing a sales team at AATBS and roles in admissions coordination at SBBCollege and Laurel Springs School. Diane holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Journalism from Brooks Institute and certifications in travel and esthetics.
