Kristine Spencer Cspo

Kristine Spencer possesses extensive experience in IT operations and Agile methodologies, currently serving as Scrum Master III at Costco Wholesale since February 2012. In this role, Kristine manages multiple Membership pods, performing dual duties as Product Owner and Scrum Master, and is responsible for developing product backlogs and metrics for team performance. Previous positions include IT Operations Center Manager, overseeing critical application monitoring, and IT Analyst 4, where Kristine led a multi-million dollar software project and managed over 100 projects. Earlier roles encompass consulting work at Technical Wave Consulting, Support Services Manager at Quality Behavioral Outcomes, and various management positions at Infospace, where Kristine was instrumental in establishing enterprise monitoring teams and processes. Kristine holds an Associate of Arts degree from Clark College.
