Malou Leonardo has extensive experience in data analytics and IT management, primarily at Costco Wholesale since December 2002, where roles include Director of Membership & Marketing Analytics and various IT Manager positions focused on data analytics and administration. Prior experience includes consulting roles at RCG Information Technology, with significant contributions to Citicorp Latin America Consumer Banking and the City of Ocala, as well as positions at Johnson & Johnson and Unilever. Malou holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and an MBA from Seattle University, as well as a B.S. in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University.
