Duffy Magilligan

Duffy Magilligan is a legal professional with significant experience in prosecutorial roles and partnership in a law firm. Currently a Partner at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP since April 2018, Duffy previously held the position of Senior Associate at the same firm. Prior to this, Duffy served as a Deputy District Attorney in both Santa Clara County from May 2012 to April 2018 and Contra Costa County from 2008 to 2012.
