Jessica Frenchman Jacobs has over 12 years of professional experience in the creative industry. Jessica began their career in 2009 as a Senior Copywriter at VML/Young & Rubicam, where they worked on campaigns for clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Dell, Revlon, Hershey's, Xerox, Dannon, Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation, LG, Accenture, Beyoncé Parfums, Ernst & Young, and Team USA. In 2013, they founded the J Lauren Group, a social media business helping small companies do big things, socially. In 2014, they moved to Hospitality Quotient as a Marketing & Business Development, where they pitched and won new business and crafted intentional branding for these new clients. In 2015, they joined Interbrand as a Senior Consultant, Verbal Identity, where they wrote anthemic brand stories and helped name a few companies. Jessica also led workshops to create voice and messaging guidelines, provided digital strategy, managed junior consultants, and helped clients activate their purpose. Later that year, they joined Kettle as a Senior Copywriter. In 2017, they were promoted to Creative Director, Copy, where they led the Story team and created compelling and elevated content for inspiring partners. In 2020, they moved to LOLA - mylola.com as the VP, Creative Director, where they led the Creative team responsible for awe-inspiring experiences that delivers real results. In 2021, they joined Coterie as the SVP Brand + Creative + Product Management, where they help bring the company's vision to life by redefining, elevating, and growing the iconic brand in the baby care space. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Chief as a Member.
Jessica Frenchman Jacobs graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication Honors Program.
