Lisa Crawford has over 10 years of experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Most recently, they worked as a Principal Recruiter at Cotiviti, a growing company in the healthcare industry. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Fractal and EXL Health, where they partnered with industry leaders to find top talent in the healthcare sector. Lisa also held the role of Recruitment Lead at SCIO Health Analytics, where they developed and implemented recruiting strategies for the fast-growing healthcare analytics domain. Additionally, they worked as a Contract Human Resource Specialist at UF Health Jacksonville, where they successfully filled numerous positions for a special project.
