Isabel Healy

Isabel Healy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Leader of Cotswold District Council since March 2024. Previously, Isabel was a Parents and Carers Advisory Panel Member at Working Families from April 2021 to March 2024 and worked as an Employee Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator at St. James’s Place from September 2022 to January 2023. Isabel has also contributed as a Steering Group member for the Diversity Project in the Investment Industry and held various roles including Inclusion & Diversity Specialist and Personal Assistant at St. James's Place Wealth Management. Early career experiences include positions at MicroEnsure, OrthoD Group Ltd, RUSKIN MILL TRUST LIMITED, and eNate. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies from the University of Leeds and several additional qualifications in counselling, human resources management, and administrative procedures.
