Jayson Noscal, MEM has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and operations management. Jayson began their career in 2006 as a Repair Tech at Future Controls, followed by a role as an SMT Supervisor at Techtron Systems. In 2000, they joined APSCO (now TT Electronics) as an SMT Operator/Specialist/Production Tech and Test Operator/Area Auditor. In 2007, they moved to Lincoln Electric where they held roles as an Engineer III and Manufacturing Technologist III. In 2019, Noscal joined TT Electronics plc as an Electronics Manufacturing Process Engineer - Senior Level. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Valtronic as a Sustaining Engineering Manager and in 2022 they began working as an Operations Manager at COTSWORKS, INC.

Jayson Noscal obtained their Associates degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology from Kent State University in 2003-2005. Jayson then returned to Kent State University and obtained their Bachelors degree in Technology in 2005-2006. In 2015-2016, they completed their Master of Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University. In December 2015, they also obtained their Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma and Quality Management from Case Western Reserve University.
