Alicia Tardiff, OTD, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently serving at Cotting School since August 2023. Previously, Alicia worked with Watertown Public Schools, providing essential occupational therapy services during the extended school year. Alicia's extensive background includes a managerial role at The Guild for Human Services, where responsibilities encompassed leading an interdisciplinary team and overseeing department operations and student services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Earlier experience includes work at Perkins School for the Blind, focusing on students with dual-sensory impairments, and in educational support roles within Watertown Public Schools. Alicia holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's from the University of New Hampshire.
