Eleanor W. Coffin

Eleanor W. Coffin is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a diverse background in therapeutic practices across various settings, including education and healthcare. Currently employed at Cotting School since October 2018, Eleanor develops individualized therapeutic sessions and creates goals within Individualized Education Plans to enhance student access to academic curricula. Previous roles include working as an Occupational Therapist at Cambridge Health Alliance, where Eleanor assessed and treated patients across multiple age groups in inpatient behavioral health settings, and as a coach at WeCanRow Boston, supporting women recovering from breast cancer through rowing practices. Eleanor's education includes a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Trinity College. Additionally, Eleanor has conducted research on environmental modifications at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and completed fieldwork at various medical and educational institutions.
