Ivy Madden

Ivy Madden has extensive experience in educational support and teaching, currently serving as a Program Assistant at Cotting School in Lexington, MA since August 2015, where support is provided to students requiring additional academic and medical assistance. In addition to this role, Ivy has been a Lead Teacher and Support Staff at The Paul Center for Learning and Recreation, Inc. since June 2015, focusing on a summer camp-styled education within the Extended School Year program. Previously, Ivy completed student teaching placements at Winchester High School and Everett High School, fulfilling practicum requirements from Lesley University, where Ivy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and English Literature in 2015. Education continued with a Certificate in Moderate Disabilities from Simmons University in 2016. Earlier experience includes working as an Explorer at The Discovery Museums from 2007 to 2014, contributing to various duties related to public engagement and setup.
