Kenneth Block

Kenneth Block has over 30 years of experience in facilities management and service training within the residential property sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Facilities Management at Cottonwood Residential since August 2016, Kenneth previously held the position of Senior Regional Service Manager at Landmark Apartment Trust from July 2013 to January 2016. Earlier in Kenneth's career, roles included Director of Service Training and Senior Regional Service Manager at Archstone from March 1993 to February 2013.
