Jill Aloia

Jill Aloia is an accomplished design professional in the cosmetics and fragrance industry, currently serving as the Global Vice President of Packaging R&D for Color Cosmetics at Coty since April 2024. Prior experience includes key roles at Kendo Brands, Inc. as Senior Creative Director and Design Director for Packaging, where leadership of product design teams contributed to successful launches for brands such as FENTY BEAUTY and KVD. As Creative Director of Package Design at Stila Cosmetics, Jill oversaw the global design of packaging for several brands. Additional experience includes senior creative positions at Clarins USA focusing on luxury design projects for a wide portfolio of fragrance brands, and roles at LVMH, Victoria's Secret Beauty, and Architectural Digest magazine. Jill earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Pratt Institute, graduating cum laude with a dual major in Advertising Art Direction and Graphic Design.
