Natalie Nash

Natalie Nash currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at Coty since February 2022, where responsibilities include executive recruitment, managing a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) team, and active participation in the Diversity & Inclusion Council. Prior to this role, Natalie held senior talent acquisition positions at Van Cleef & Arpels and Richemont, where extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment for various luxury brands was gained. Noteworthy achievements include the successful management of multiple requisitions and the establishment of a robust talent pipeline, resulting in significant cost savings. Earlier career experience includes roles at JBCStyle Fashion Recruiters and Lilly Pulitzer, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and advanced education from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
