Jeffrey Hacker

Jeffrey Hacker is an experienced attorney with a focus on corporate and real estate regulatory compliance, litigation, and creditor's rights. Currently serving as an attorney at Couch Lambert LLC since November 2019, Jeffrey oversees cases involving banking and finance, auto lending, mortgage lending, and unsecured lending in both state and federal courts. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was the Assistant General Counsel and senior vice president at Citi, managing law firm audits and compliance matters from February 2011 to November 2019. Jeffrey co-founded Amschler & Hacker P.C. where activities centered on litigation, estates and trusts, and corporate law from February 2001 to February 2011. As General Counsel for BNC Real Estate from 1999 to 2001, Jeffrey negotiated significant real estate transactions and handled HR-related legal matters. Jeffrey earned a BA in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University.
