Wilson Finch has over a decade of work experience in various roles related to higher education and workforce development. Wilson has held leadership positions at CAEL, including Vice President, Initiatives, where they managed technical assistance and strategy projects and provided a high-quality experience for clients. Wilson also served as the Senior Director of Higher Education Consulting, overseeing the delivery of consulting services and improving client satisfaction. Prior to CAEL, Wilson worked at the Tennessee Higher Education Commission as an Assistant Director, where they coordinated and oversaw initiatives and programs related to postsecondary completion and prior learning assessment. Wilson also worked as a Project Coordinator/Developer at United Way of Escambia County and as an Office Manager/Legislative Assistant at Target Corporation. Throughout their career, Wilson has contributed to the development of new products and publications related to adult learners and their role in higher education and workforce development.
Wilson Finch completed a Bachelor of Arts in History at The University of the South from 2003 to 2007. Wilson then pursued a Master of Philosophy in Early Modern History at the University of Cambridge from 2009 to 2010.
