Terrance L. Hamm is currently the Associate Vice President for Communications and Marketing at the Council for Opportunity in Education. Prior to this role, Hamm held positions in various organizations such as the National League of Cities, Learning Heroes, Child Trends, USDA-APHIS, and Hampton University. Hamm's experience includes managing marketing and communications projects, social media outreach, video production, editorial responsibilities, and strategic communications planning. Hamm holds a Master of Professional Studies in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University.
