Michael Johnston

Michael Johnston is currently serving as the General Manager of Policy at Council of Australian Life Insurers (CALI). Prior to this, Michael held various roles at Westpac and ANZ in government affairs and regulatory compliance. Michael's career also includes positions at CHOICE, Commonwealth Treasury, and HLB Mann Judd. Michael holds a Master of Public Policy from The Australian National University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Finance and Securities Institute of Australia, and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Melbourne.
