Lionel Rouland

Lionel Rouland is a highly experienced financial professional with a focus on asset-liability management (ALM) and risk analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst - ALM at the Council of Europe Development Bank since February 2019, Lionel previously held notable positions such as Head of ALM at AFD - Agence Française de Développement, where responsibilities included managing the bank's balance sheet, overseeing liquidity ratios in accordance with Basel III, and leading stress-test initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as an ALM analyst at Crédit Agricole S.A., where contributions to risk measurement standards took place, as well as positions at Groupama Banque, Dexia Credit Local, and internships at Rothschild & Co and Société Générale Asset Management.
