Tyler Parlor

Tyler Parlor has accumulated a diverse range of experiences in philanthropy, media production, and finance. Currently serving as a Communications Fellow at the Council of Michigan Foundations and having held fellowships focused on equity and collaboration with the Skillman Foundation and Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation, Tyler has engaged in grantmaking activities, including proposal review and report analysis. As the Founder and Executive Producer of Allegory Productions, Tyler collaborates with youth-serving nonprofits to create educational animated content. Previous experience includes working as a Finance Associate at Mercy High School, managing financial operations, and coaching the women's basketball team during a championship season. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oberlin College, a certification in Accounting and Business Management from Oakland Community College, and a Google Grow IT Certification from Coursera.
