Asher Ross is an accomplished editorial strategist with extensive experience in content management and audience development. Currently serving as Lead Editorial Strategist at the Council on Foreign Relations since September 2017, Asher oversees the content strategy and search engine optimization for CFR.org. In addition, Asher has contributed to Kinfolk as a Taxonomist and has been a contributor for The New York Times from September 2005 to September 2016, where roles included copy editor and indexer. Asher's career began with an editorial internship at The Overlook Press in 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Bard College and study at the Institut de Touraine.
