Patricia Williams

Patricia Williams, MSOL has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Patricia is currently serving as a Community School Director at Counseling In Schools since November 2021. Prior to this, they founded their own company, Patricia W. Williams, LLC, in March 2015.

Additionally, Patricia has worked as a Writing Tutor at Varsity Tutors from September 2014 to January 2022. Patricia also served as a Community School Director at The Leadership Program from August 2015 to October 2021 and as a Thesis Advisor Instructor at Nyack College from September 2015 to June 2016.

Earlier in their career, Patricia was a Program Manager at Services for the UnderServed from May 2011 to January 2015, where they oversaw and supervised a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. Patricia managed a team of 9 direct care support professionals and was responsible for medical coordination, recreational activities, and financial management.

Before that, they worked as a Communication Specialist at The Institute of Applied Human Dynamics, Inc. from August 2009 to November 2010 and as an Associate Director at The Children's Village from September 2006 to January 2009.

Patricia Williams, MSOL, obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Alliance University in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Conflict Resolution Studies from The Graduate Center, City University of New York in the years 2001-2004.
