Peter Misek

Peter Misek has held a variety of positions in the corporate world since 2015. Peter is currently a Director Board of Directors at ScaleHub and a Board Observer at MaxSold, both since 2022. In 2021, they became a Board Observer at Hypatos, a Director Board of Directors at CarDoor, an Investor/Advisor at Incode Technologies, a Director Board of Directors at Countingup, a Director Board of Directors at PAPER, and a Director Board of Directors at Daisy Intelligence Corporation. In 2019, they became a Director Board of Directors at FlipGive. Prior to that, they were a Founding Partner of Framework Venture Partners, and a Partner at BDC IT Venture Fund.

Peter Misek began their educational journey in 1992 when they attended Brock University, graduating with a Bachelor of Accounting in 1995. Peter then went on to obtain a CA from CICA in 1996 and a CPA from AICPA in 1997. In 1998, Peter Misek completed a CFA from the CFA Institute in the field of Finance. Peter is also a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
