Kelsey Oliver has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with experience in various roles and positions. Kelsey is currently working as a Private Event Director at The Country Club of Landfall starting from February 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at The Peninsula Club as a Food & Beverage Manager from February 2017 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Food & Beverage Supervisor - Intern at The Sea Pines Resort from August 2016 to December 2016, and as a Rotational Intern & Bartender at The Coral Bay Club from May 2016 to August 2016. Kelsey'searliest work experience was at Longhorn Steakhouse, where they worked as a Bartender & Server Trainer from April 2013 to May 2016.

Kelsey Oliver completed their high school education at Knoxville Catholic High School from 2007 to 2011. Kelsey then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Management at the University of South Carolina from 2011 to 2016. During their time at the University of South Carolina, Kelsey obtained several additional certifications. In 2013, they became a Certified Trainer at Longhorn Steakhouse, followed by the completion of the Safe Alcohol Service certification in the same year. In 2015, Kelsey received the CVent certification and the ServSafe certification from the University of South Carolina. Lastly, in 2016, they obtained a Professional Development certification from the University of South Carolina.
