Rachael Downs

Rachael Downs is an experienced IT Systems CRM Specialist at the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing data quality, training users, and providing technical support. Previously, Rachael served as Membership Services Supervisor and Visitor Services Representative at Cheekwood, enhancing member engagement and processing sales data. As Ticketing & Customer Team Manager and Assistant Box Office Manager at Nashville Symphony, Rachael contributed to ticketing operations and the transition to mobile ticketing. Additional roles include Ticketing Supervisor and Representative at The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, House Manager at Actors Theatre of Louisville, and various marketing internships. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Murray State University.
