Megan Bode Kroupa has a diverse work experience spanning agricultural education, sales, and marketing. Megan began their career as an Agricultural Educator at Cambridge High School, where they taught students about agricultural knowledge and skills and coached competitive state qualifying teams. Megan then transitioned to BASF as an Ag Solutions Advisor, where they actively identified and called on growers to communicate new innovations in crop protection products and services, developed customized sales strategies for each customer, and exceeded innovation sales goals. Currently, Megan holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Country Partners Cooperative, where they lead the sales and marketing efforts.
Megan Bode Kroupa completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agricultural Teacher Education from Oklahoma State University, studying from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Production Agriculture from Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture, where they attended from 2004 to 2006.
