Carl Leader is an experienced logistics and compliance professional currently serving as the Director of Logistics at Countrystyle Recycling Ltd since February 2024. Previously, Carl held the position of General Manager at Swain Group from November 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing fleet operations and developing a diverse customer base, along with a role as Group Compliance Manager focusing on driver compliance to Road Transport legislation.
