Andrew Fernando Flor

Andrew Fernando Flor is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as an Aviation Warrant Officer and Shift Leader in the New York Army National Guard, with responsibilities including the operation of the Tactical Airspace Integration System. In addition to military service, Andrew holds key leadership positions as Chief Operations Officer at Alpha Drones USA and Executive Vice President at Alpha Aviation, Inc., focusing on unmanned systems and aircraft maintenance, respectively. As the Founder and Director of Ground Instruction at Aeronautical Familiarization Inc., Andrew provides advanced aviation education.
