Irene N Musyoka has worked in various roles since 2012. Irene started their career as a Store Keeper at the five star service station from April 2012 to December 2013. Irene then worked as a Marketing Executive at Highway House of Coffee from January 2014 to June 2014. Following that, they joined Mombasa Dicece as a Finance and Administration Officer from July 2014 to December 2016. Currently, they are employed by the County Government of Mombasa, where they started as a Supply Chain Management Officer in December 2016 and is now serving as the Chief Supply Chain Management Officer.

From 2022 to 2024, Irene attended KISEB and obtained a Diploma in Supply Chain, specializing in Certified Procurement and Supply Professional of Kenya (CPSP-K).
In the period of 2020 to 2023, Irene pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Nairobi Faculty of Business and Management Science, with a focus on Strategic Management.
Between 2013 and 2016, Irene studied at the University of Nairobi, earning a Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management through the Bachelor of Commerce program.
In 2011 and 2012, Irene completed a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Nairobi.
Additionally, in 2010 and 2011, Irene attended the Kenya Institute of Management, where they obtained a degree in Purchasing and Supplies, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
Irene has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In January 2021, they obtained a Supplies Practitioner's License from the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) Official. In August 2019, they received a Membership Certificate from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. Furthermore, in March 2018, Irene obtained another Membership Certificate from the Kenya Institute Of Supplies Management (KISM) Official.
