Marina Lewis

Marina Lewis currently serves as Deputy County Counsel for the County of Calaveras, providing IT and privacy legal support to county agencies and assisting vulnerable populations through the Health and Human Services Agency. Previously, Marina worked as a Deputy District Attorney for Alameda County, focusing on civil grand jury oversight and prosecuting health care insurance fraud cases. As a Partner at Lewis Kent LLP, the practice centered on intellectual property, particularly trademark and copyright issues. Additional experience includes positions at Internet Archive, Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, Dergosits & Noah LLP, and Owen, Wickersham & Erickson, P.C., with a strong emphasis on trademark, copyright, and internet law.
