Jim Frashure

Jim Frashure is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in network administration, technology leadership, and operations management. Since 2007, Jim has served as Network Administrator and Senior Network Technologist at Dinwiddie County Technology Services while holding the position of Chief Technology Officer at Social Synaptics, LLC since October 2016. Prior to these roles, Jim founded and operated Neighborhood Cinemas and was a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at New Quest Communications, Inc., the largest dial-up ISP in central Virginia. Additionally, Jim co-founded Flexadigm eBusiness Consulting. Educational background includes studies in Technical Theater at Virginia Commonwealth University, with further education in Photography and other disciplines at John Tyler Community College and Richard Bland College of William & Mary.
