Kevin Massengill

Kevin Massengill has extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as County Administrator for the County of Dinwiddie since November 2002, after holding the position of Assistant County Administrator. Prior to this, Kevin served as Deputy Director of Constituent Services for the Governor of Virginia from 1998 to 2002. Kevin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate of Science degree from Richard Bland College, along with foundational education from Dinwiddie High School. Additionally, Kevin completed the Virginia Executive Institute in 2000.
