Evan Olson

Evan Olson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network architecture and management. Currently serving as a Network Architect for the County of Kenosha, Wisconsin, since May 2019, responsibilities include the design, implementation, and support of the county's enterprise network infrastructure, encompassing switches, routers, firewalls, and a countywide fiber optic network. Previously, Olson held the position of Information Services Manager for the City of Milwaukee, overseeing IT infrastructure for over 2,000 users and managing a team of over 20 IT professionals. Other roles include Engineering Supervisor at Heartland Business Systems, Operations Manager/Senior Systems Engineer at ManagePoint, Network Administrator at Cayen Systems, and PC/LAN Technician at Alto-Shaam, Inc. Evan Olson began a career in IT as a self-employed computer consultant and has attained education from both the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Milwaukee Area Technical College, specializing in IT, Network, and System Administration.
