Kimmberly Peters, MSM, has extensive experience in public assistance program management, currently serving as the Economic Support Program Manager for the County of Kenosha, Wisconsin, since September 1998. In this role, Kimmberly oversees a team of supervisors and frontline staff while handling their hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions. Previous positions include Economic Support Supervisor, where Kimmberly managed a call center operation and ensured compliance with federal and state public assistance laws, and Child Support Investigator, conducting intake interviews and liaising with various agencies. Kimmberly also worked as the One Stop Operator for the Southeastern Wisconsin Workforce Development Area, coordinating service delivery for the WIOA American Job Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UW-Parkside.
