Francine Bangert

Francine Bangert is an experienced communications and public relations professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Public Communications Manager and Public Information Officer for the County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling since June 2021, Bangert has a proven track record in public relations management, having previously held the position of Public Relations and Communications Executive at On Special Assignment, Inc. since January 2001. From January 2001 to June 2021, Bangert was the Director of Public Relations at Kovach Marketing, managing the Public Relations department for a wide range of high-profile clients. Earlier experience includes marketing communications management at Verizon and public relations project management at PacifiCare. Bangert began the career as an Account Executive at Roxburgh Agency. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications at National University, Bangert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Chapman University.
