Greg Garber Pe

Greg Garber PE has extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer for the County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling, Greg manages environmental aspects of closed landfills in the South Region. Previous roles include Engineering Manager and Construction Manager, where Greg focused on construction risk management and has overseen various environmental projects such as landfills and water treatment facilities. Educationally, Greg holds a Doctor of Law from Notre Dame Law School, a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
