Jordan T Young

Jordan T Young has a diverse background in environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Safety Culture Manager at the County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling since December 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an EHS Engineer at DJO and as an EHS Specialist/Supervisor at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies. Jordan has also worked as the Field Station Manager at the Quetzal Education Research Center, promoting sustainable practices within local communities and integrating research with local agriculture. Earlier positions include Environmental and Sustainability Analyst at Cubic Defense Applications and an internship at the Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Point Loma Nazarene University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene at Montana Technological University.
