Leila Barker

Leila Barker serves as the Interim CEQA and Habitat Program Manager at the County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling since February 2023. Concurrently, Leila Barker is the CEO and Sr. Environmental Planner CEQA at Barker Enterprises, managing Airbnb properties and condominiums since 2012. Previously, as an Environmental Supervisor at LADWP from 1990 to October 2018, Leila Barker oversaw air quality-related environmental investigations and projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from California State University, Long Beach.
