Charlene Reynolds

Charlene Reynolds is a seasoned aviation and public administration professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Airport Director at John Wayne Airport since June 2022, Charlene previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Houston Airport System from September 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, a tenure at the City of Phoenix included roles as Assistant Aviation Director and Deputy Aviation Director, where responsibilities encompassed contract procurement and fiscal management for significant budgets. Charlene's background also includes leadership in the Street Transportation Department of Phoenix in various capacities focused on management services, and contract administration.
