Marlene Medina has extensive experience in administrative and clerical roles within government organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Clerk/Recorder/Elections for the County of San Benito since September 2015, Marlene Medina manages a range of responsibilities including the processing and recording of documents, maintaining public access to county records, voter registration, and overseeing election-related tasks. Prior to this role, Marlene Medina worked as Support Services I for the City of Hollister, where administrative support was provided to city management and the preparation of City Council agendas was handled. Additional experience includes administrative roles at Bryant Street Law Offices, the Superior Court of California, and a campaign internship with Gavin Newsom. Marlene Medina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from San Francisco State University.
