Marie Biehler

Marie Biehler, MPA, currently serves as Payroll Manager for the City of Mountain View, overseeing the biweekly payroll for 1,200 employees across four bargaining units and supervising a team of payroll accountants and a payroll technician. Previously, Marie held positions as Payroll Supervisor for the City of South San Francisco, Payroll Analyst for the City of Palo Alto, and various payroll roles in organizations such as Rocketship Education, PG&E, and San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. Marie's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration focused on Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, both from Notre Dame de Namur University, along with an Associate of Science from Skyline College.
