David Huebner

David Huebner currently serves as the Director of the Employee Services Agency for the County of Santa Clara, overseeing HR operations for over 23,000 employees. Additionally, David is the Founder and Principal of Lalo Consulting and Crossroads Labs, providing advisory services and software solutions to mission-driven organizations. Previous roles include Director of HR Modernization for the City and County of San Francisco, where David led significant organizational changes, and Director of Talent Initiative at Code for America, focusing on user-centered hiring practices.
