Tonya Millsap

Tonya Millsap is an experienced manager in the field of children services, with a current role as Manager of Children Services, Early Learning and Child Care at the County of Simcoe since July 2015. Prior to this position, Tonya served as Program Supervisor in the same department. Tonya's career also includes a role as Child Care Planner with the Simcoe County District School Board from 2014 to July 2015 and as Project Manager at Catulpa Community Support Services from 2008 to 2013, where the focus was on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.
