Hayley Luna

Hayley Luna, PE, serves as the County Stormwater Program Manager and Water Quality Engineer for the County of Ventura since December 2019. Prior to this role, Hayley worked at Geosyntec Consultants as both a Senior Staff Engineer and Staff Engineer from October 2015 to October 2019, focusing on water resources. Earlier experience includes a position as an Environmental Specialist Intern at Chevron and multiple roles as a Quality Control Technician at Crimson Renewable Energy. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2015, and studied at Bakersfield College from 2010 to 2012.
