Silvia Sanabria

Silvya Sanabria currently serves as Directora de gestión de proyectos and Jefa de departamento at Secretaría Técnica de Planificación del Desarrollo Económico y Social since September 2015, overseeing the Department of Multilateral Cooperation. Responsibilities include participation in the Technical Interinstitutional Committee of Non-Reimbursable International Cooperation, focusing on the development of national cooperation policies aligned with the National Development Plan 2030 and the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development. Silvya is also involved in updating, monitoring, and evaluating the National Development Plan, and has experience in internal control mechanisms and ethics committees. Additionally, Silvya holds an administrative assistant position at the Viceministerio de Economía y Planificación, having previously been responsible for project management. Educational qualifications include a Licenciado en Administración de Empresas from Universidad Nacional de Asunción, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
